Wake Up Wednesday

Wake Up Wednesday is a peer support group, supported by a partner organisation, Extra Parenting Support for Families.  The sessions run weekly during term time, 10am – 11.30am at St Nicholas Hall, Stour Road, Harwich CO123HS. The group provides a safe, friendly environment, outside of Stay and Playgroups and courses. The main focus of the group are the needs of the parent, helping to build their self esteem, increase confidence and establish resilience. Families attending can refer themselves for additional support if needed.
